Dear Gerber Collision I am writing to report an issue from my recent service visit. I clearly informed your staff (dylan) that my driver’s seat is broken and should not be moved backward, as I cannot adjust it forward again. However, when I picked up my vehicle, the seat had been pushed all the way back and fully reclined. I am now unable to safely reach the pedals and have had to use pillows just to drive.
