There is a seamless experience everything went extremely well. Everyone in the staff that I interact with was extremely helpful. Kirby was great to work with! He kept me updated the entire time which was very important as this is not something I’ve experienced in the past. Going through a car accident is very stressful and having someone like Kirby walk me through the entire process while maintaining a positive attitude made all the difference.

Timewise, I am satisfied but when i checked the vehicle, my car was really dusty inside and my rear door had lots of dust. I wish i can show you some pictures of my back door. My wife found it out cause she needs to be in back seat cause I have 15 months daughter

Great experience and everything went very smoothly. Dropped my car off and was picked up to be brought to my rental. When it was time to pick up my car, i was able to drop off my rental car at the repair shop and leave in my own vehicle. The front desk was so helpful with my questions and helped me make sure my rental was arranged properly. My car was ready quickly with no hiccups.
