First of all, Leslie Hernandez is a fantastic office manager. She is pleasant and easy to work with and is not loud and forceful. The reception area was amazingly clean and welcoming which you don't usually see in a car repair shop! I could have sat there all day reading a book. Honestly, it was very impressive live. It was a pleasure to work with Kirby. He was friendly and honest and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me up to date and made sure I was happy with the end product. I had not had time to get a car wash before I brought my car in and it was pretty dirty. I picked up a very, very clean car inside and out. That was such a nice and welcome surprise and just shows you all focus on the customer's experience. I hope I don't need you again, but if I do, you are the only company I will be using. I was truly blown away by the experience. Thank you for turning a not so good situation into a positive experience!
