Superb service. Three things in particular contributed to my rating: 1. Customer service- very friendly, was evident in everything you all did. 2. Communication was perfect. We heard from you when we needed to-- not too little nor too much 3. the reception area was perfectly furnished, temp. was very comfortable and lighting was very adequate. My car was used while it was in shop to be prepared, picked my car up and gas was lower, radio was changed to punk rock station as well as fm station was turned , child protective lock was now on…never used it(I don’t have young children) and cover piece to where you would hook up a car seat is now gone…again I never used this as I purchased my car June 14, 2025 and ai have a 6th grader…Will NEVER use gerber collision or regret them to anyone ever again.

Customer service good, the called, were nice, and kept me updated just don’t like that my car was driven for personal errands as if it was their car and they didn’t even replace my gas and lost a part to my back seat cover
