I believe they have professionalism with compassion as well. They were extremely organized and kept me updated on a daily basis. And did an amazing job! I really appreciate how they beautifully restored my ES 350 2011 Lexus. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks! I also would like to come in both rich and Lisa for their kindness and attention to detail. It truly helped make the best out of this situation!

If I could pick 20 I would! They were amazing! From keeping me updated all through the week that they had been working on the vehicle. And they did an incredible job on repairing the damage that have been done! Both Rich and Lisa were outstanding in their knowledge and understanding and ability to take care of the situation as well as giving me a peace and confidence with their kindness and friendliness.

I had to bring my car in twice—first for the original repairs, and then again to correct those repairs. The gentleman/repairman I spoke with the second time was much more knowledgeable about the work that had been done and provided a much more pleasant customer experience.
