I went on vacation for two weeks and was told the repair would be done the thursday before I returned. It got overlooked and took an additional 4 days. Luckily I didn't need my car, but this was still frustrating. They made it up somewhat by delivering my car personally to me when complete.

Work was done very well. All people I interfaced with were courteous, well mannered, and competent. My only complaint is that it took a lot longer than I was told when I left the car. The original estimate was 10 days to 2 weeks. It actually took 2 days short of 4 weeks.
