The staff was responsive and helpful. The price was reasonable. They also clearly communicated changes and updates throughout the process via text, which was super convenient and helpful. The car was clean when I got it back and looked as good as new. My only minor complaint was that the repair took a bit longer than I expected. That wouldn’t have been an issue at all except that a time estimate wasn’t communicated to me up front (albeit I could have asked, so it’s mostly on me).

Everything was perfect! I was very satisfied when I received my car to see that not only was the bumper fixed but my car inside was cleaned and looked like new. It was above and beyond what I expected! Fantastic service.

Upon retrieval of my car, no one reviewed the work or came to my car with me to personally review the work. I have since noticed minor issues that I would like reviewed and discussed. I have used other center's in the past that always have a technical review before leaving the lot. Somewhat dismayed at the casual treatment after 2 weeks in the shop.
