The Customer Service Representative Ms. Tanisha, greets you with a smile, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willingness to assist you. The waiting area is spotless. Mr. Dennis also greets you with a smile, knowledgeable, and explained the next. They kept you informed on each step of the repair, completion of the repair, discussed the work performed, and available to answer any questions. It was awesome to interact with another human and not a computerize system. Thank you Gerber for the old school service!!!!
