Ms Tanisha was very helpful in keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. My only concern related to changes in when the car was to be ready. The date kept changing. I think Gerber should do better.

I was really nervous to get back in my car because it was stolen and I felt violated. When I got in my car, it was clean and I felt a little at ease.
