Every staff member that I interacted with was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable with the process. In addition, the work was done quickly, and the results were great. And, I requested and received additional help with a different problem that was not identified by me until after I brought the car in for service. Nobody wants to have a wreck, but if you do, and your car needs some repairs, Gerber collision is the place to come. They made everything so easy for me. They gave me a ride to enterprise so I could pick up my rental car. Then, to my surprise, my car was done two days earlier than I expected it to be! My Honda looked beautiful, even though it’s 13 years old. Not only was it repaired, but you had washed it, all the pollen was gone, and it looked so nice. Then, I was able to leave my rental car with you and you took care of returning it to enterprise. I will definitely recommend Gerber collision to anyone who sadly is unfortunate enough to need your services. Thank you, Julie Crosby.
