Gerber did an amazing job fixing my 2025 Palisade. They have a great system that makes it a smoother transition. The front desk lady( sorry I forgot your name) was absolutely wonderful. John assisted me with the damage on my car and he was very knowledgeable. They worked fast and my car was done within a few days. I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone who has damage done to their vehicles. I hope i don't have anymore incidents done to my car, but if I do I will definitely come back.

I know not to expect hour glass with the paint. But, I do expect to have to look closely. That's not the case. Both the extra cab and driver side doors are new, the quality of the main door is mediocre, while the extra cab door fits the expectation. They're right next to each other. The pinstripe has to be redone. The driver door window needed to be tinted. I had to bring it to your attention that these were needed. The driver door couldn't be locked when I returned home. Quality control appears to be non existent. That tells me you are solely focused on profit and/or have more work than you can do and still provide the quality you should.

From the moment I came into your shop I was impressed by how clean it was and everybody was so nice. From the girl at the counter, the person that gave me my car everything was so fabulous. I would get a 15 of all out of 10 even when I picked up my car, it was done very early. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes and they were very friendly and very nice.

Some in your shop stole 140.00 from my center console that at always carry in my car in different denominations in case I need it. Meaning someone opened it no one had any business going throughout my personal items I really forgot to take the cash out and I was hoping it was still there due to the fact your are a respectable business, this is not right I approach the situation to your staff but all I got was a we going to address the situation the right thing to do is reimburse me the cash and address the situation to your employees so this wouldn’t happen again this is stealing they should been going trough peoples property when I turned my keys to your shop you’re responsible for it.
