Due to having to bring the car back on two separate occasions, we are giving a rating of 8. Otherwise, this would have easily been a 10+. The customer service was excellent, and the lead technician who accompanied us on the test drive was outstanding—very detail-oriented, patient, and professional. We do recommend that the technicians in the shop pay closer attention during repairs, including ensuring the correct size screws are used. This makes a significant difference and is essential for maintaining customer safety.
