Aaron Alexander did a superb job of communicating with us. He was extremely professional! Aaron sent me an email everyday updating me on the status even when he had to order two brackets. Aaron paid attention to detail..I haven’t had this service at prior Body Shops. Christy at checkout, was quick and efficient! Very friendly as receptionist when I went to pick it up with a smile for the customer. Again, something you don’t see at other body shops. I will highly recommend Gerber Collison & Glass as it was highly recommended to me! Job well done! Thank you, Aaron, Christy and all the others who worked so diligently on our vehicle.

The Gerber folks are very friendly and courteous. As for the collision repair, they were done in half the time estimated and communicated well through the repair letting me know how it was going and when to expect my truck back. I would 100% recommend Gerber for your collision repair needs. I just hope I don’t have to see them again professionally any time soon. Thanks!
