Professional and friendly. Kept me informed of damage and progress, and completed repairs on the timeframe they were aiming for. When looking at total cost of repairs, recalibration of backup camera systems was surprisingly expensive. I had insurance that covered all except my deductible. What used to be minor repairs and cost has risen greatly with these electronic systems. I hadn’t had an incident in many years.

After reviewing everything, they quickly scheduled a convenient time for me to drop off my pickup and were very accommodating throughout the process. Once I dropped my pickup off, they provided a clear timeframe for completion—and they delivered exactly as promised. I really appreciated the consistent updates and communication along the way, which kept me informed the entire time. When I picked up my vehicle, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. Everything looked excellent. The team truly goes above and beyond, and their professionalism stands out. Broke the gas cap retainer and there are dings on the driver side of the bed that were not there when dropped off. As well the repaired areas have scuffs on them. I am worried the paint is compromised.
