McKenzie and the manager (Eric I believe?) were both great. Very friendly, explained everything well, and kept me updated all the way. It was also much quicker than I expected. This was our second time using Gerber Dewitt and third time with Gerber overall. We’ll definitely come back to the Dewitt location when needed. Thanks!

Mostly only interacted with McKenzie, who was fantastic with explaining everything and providing updates throughout the process. Also talked with the manager a couple of times who was also great and explained everything very well. Timing was much quicker than expected, and everything went smoothly. Thanks so much!

I was initially concerned about getting my truck back before I needed to go deer hunting. The crew came through for me with time to spare. They say you can have it quick or you can have it right. I think they fulfilled both.

I was told a week and it was longer. Drop car off on a Monday and was told I would receive text updates every Tuesday and Thursday did not receive updates until following week Tuesday.

Had a great experience with Gerber. Estimated repair time was a few weeks, but was done in like 3 days! Friendly staff. Gave regular updates on status of repair, etc. I would 1000% use them again!
