Overall the repair appears to have the vehicle back to original condition. There were flaws in the clear coat of the painted bumper cover that required a return trip to address.

Overall the customer service was very good. Justina Hastings communicated well and conducted our business in a professional and personable manner. The one frustration in this regard was a delay in receiving parts from their distributor but the shop didn’t seem to know day to day what parts would be arriving and when. Seems like an opportunity to tighten communication processes with their distributors.

Car took about 5 weeks, which was 2 more weeks than we originally thought it would take. I have to take it to another Gerber because the front bumper isn’t correctly installed.
