The paint is bubbled on the repair. They lost our key fob. They did replace it but didn't let us know until it was time to pick our car up.

I picked up the vehicle today and the heater DOES NOT WORK!!! I am extremely angry. It was working when I took the car there smashed up. Doesn’t anyone do a final check before releasing the cat back to owner?? It’s 30 degrees and I have no heat. Now I have to leave the car up there again and won’t be able to return for another week as I don’t live close by. Poor customer service!!!

People at the front desk were very nice! Whoever worked on my truck need to be retrained or have someone check his or her work when they are done. So people don’t have to come back because there car or truck is not fixed the right way.

I would have love to give them a ten. But I had to take my truck back in . When I look at my truck my wheel well wasn’t bolted down and I had no power steering fluid. I had to drive 45 min back up there for them to fix it.

I would have love to give them a 10. But I had to take my truck back because they didn’t finish everything that need to be done. When I got my truck back they didn’t put all the bolts back in my tire well. They didn’t check the powerstreeing fluid.
