Gerber Collision did a very poor job matching the paint on my car, even after three attempts, they still failed to get it right. I would never recommend this business to anyone for repairs.

There was a lot of confusion on Gerber's side with regards to my rental car reservation and I got misinformation many times. The repair was done on time although was delayed due to the wrong part being ordered. The paint job itself is ok. You can see the orange peel in the paint repair. My past experience with Vision Collision was much better.

Gerber Collision provided me with with a great experience! It was easy to get a quote and set up an appointment. The employee was kind and practiced social distancing. By the time my appointment came up and got my car in the shop, the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” act was put in place. The company and staff handled the situation with care. Just some mix up with me getting a rental car. When I first met with Vision Collision I was told a rental would be included (per Citizen's Insurance from the woman who hit me and her insurance claim adjuster). When I called to verify my appointment the guy told me that that was not written in the agreement. I told him that was part of the agreement. He said he'd have to check with Citizens. A little irritated because that was already established. I didn't not end up needing in because of being home now because of COVID19. But I shouldn't have to have that reestablished that again if I was still having to commute.
