My estimator drove in from home on a Sunday to get my phone number to tell me the parts I needed for my repair would not be in on Monday so I wouldn't bring my car in the next day to no purpose. She did not have to do that by any means, I thought it went above and beyond in customer service and she should be recognized for that action. ay

I really appreciated Tia who was very helpful and really did her best to help me out. She was very friendly and easy to work with. I particularly appreciated that she personally checked to make sure her responses on vehicle status were accurate rather than just brushing me off when I called. My vehicle was completed early. Was kept informed about the progress as it went along. Everyone was very nice. Car was clean when I picked it up. Only thing I would complain about is Enterprise car rental. Had a poor experience with them. Otherwise, my car repair was uneventful
