I have already talked with the Bourbonnais store manager Doug about this, but there are a number of issues with the repairs on my vehicle. Smudges on multiple surfaces, my sunroof squealing open and closed, noticeable/excessive use of glue, etc etc.

Kari and David and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and knowledgeable and kept me updated on everything all the way until it was completely done and I am extremely happy with the work and it looks absolutely amazing and great thank you so much for all the great exceptional work and great communication and support for the whole job you treated me like family and I highly recommend anyone to you thank you so much for the wonderful job and.treating me like family everyone

Gerber holds a high standard- the work was done on time but they requested to redo one portion because they didnt think the color match was spot on. So happy with their work and communication
