The only reason my number is a 7 is that it took a long time to get the work done, dropped off 8/12/26 picked up/done around 9/23/26. That said, Gerbers team did a good job of keeping me informed of progress & setbacks. The end product looked great!! Got it back cleaner than when I dropped it off.

It took them almost 3 months to fix my car. I got it back after a month and a half just for there to be more problems then when I took it in. They messed up my paint job and broke my bumper bracket. Which I would have never known if I didn’t call for an update. They say they give out updates every Tuesday and Thursday but that never happened. Anytime I wanted an update about it I would have to call. I called one time a month into them supposedly fixing their mistakes for them to tell me they hadn’t even started yet. And another time I called for a checkup because they were supposed to have my car done they only said “nope” and that was it. I was given multiple ready days that never ended up being “ready for pickup”. The lady who answered the phone karey was nice I liked her but that’s about it.

Staff was very friendly. Several parts were replaced with junk yard parts though. Not too concerned with non working parts (front fender, fender liner, etc), but working parts concerned me (headlight and a/c condenser). First a/c condenser didn't even work, so they had to get another. Junkyard parts weren't taken off of my car but were replaced with them. Who knows how long they will work.

There was still some damage on the black vertices pieces two on each door. I have asked them to repair those pieces. That was not Gerber's fault I thought I had told him to take pictures of those.
