I think that this shop never even wanted my car to arrive in connection to an insurance claim. They are a collision shop, and my car had a transmission (mechanical) issue. They did not put in much effort to diagnose my issue, and in the end gave me an incorrect report of the issues with my car. I paid $100 for a wrong diagnosis.

The supervisor or the person who deals with me during I brought my car back with the bad fixed, he didn't solve the problem. He didn't qualify to be seat in that position. Let's fire him! Before I recommend
