Kyle was incredibly responsive—he checked in with updates almost every single day and was always receptive and patient with any questions I had. That level of transparency and care made the whole process stress-free. Not only was the dent repair done to a high standard, but they also went the extra mile with the detailing. My car was hand-washed inside and out, and they even tackled the baked-on bugs that had been stubbornly stuck on the exterior. It clearly took real elbow grease to get those off, and the car looked fantastic when I got it back.
