Completely courteous staff stayed an extra few minutes so I could swing by and pick something up. Did an excellent job on the car even backed out scratch that wasn’t on the damage side. Really enjoyed all the calls from Lori! She kept me up-to-date and was amazing! She was the best stalker I ever had! lol! 😃
