There were difficulties because the receptionist was a sub and promised things like frequent updates and emails, none of which happened. When I picked up my car, the regular receptionist and one of the men who worked on my car were wonderful.

Appreciated the staff's accommodation for an early drop-off and late pick-up of my vehicle, as I was out of town the week of my appointment. And everyone was very friendly!

This was my 2nd time with them in 6 months, had same lack of communication then. Not sure I'd recommend that to anyone.
