The lock on the tailgate was not replaced. We were told it wasn't there when we brought the truck in yet we had to have the tailgate replaced due to damage.

The front desk person was great however the guy that we worked with didn't respond to emails inquiring about an estimate he promised. We had to point out that the tailgate was damaged as he only quoted the bumper.

Excellent customer service and communication throughout the entire process. The staff was extremely nice and courteous and I didn’t feel judged. They answered all my questions clearly to help me understand. They treated me with respect and talked me and just not at me. The repair work was excellent, but what truly stood out was their honesty. They let me know I had overpaid and corrected it without me asking. That level of integrity is rare and greatly appreciated. Thank you again.
