Your timeliness in completing the repairs, communications about the process, and customer service were extremely impressive in comparison to other businesses we have worked with. My concern came with the process and overall cost of the repairs. As a vehicle owner, I've never had so much additional costs added (near 40%) to the original quote. While the first round of original costs were verbally shared with me, the second round (calibrations) were noted as maybe a $200-400 additional charge that ended up begin just over another $1,000.
