Satisfied with the install/repair. They were unable to remove toxic fumes odor from the original accident. Took 30 days for repairs to be completed which was much longer than the originally estimated 10 days. Cost me over $170 in additional taxes for rental car past the 10 day timeframe. Personnel were very helpful.

We appreciate your offering to take the car to NWA when the Springfield shop was still dealing with hail damage. Jordan in NWA was wonderful.
