There was a miscommunication between the insurrance and Gerber, that led to my wife being told the vehicle was being totaled out, when in fact the insurrance was approving repairs. This was extremely unhelpful, and caused my wife severe anxiety for no reason. This is the only issue I had, so I still rate the service pretty high.
