My experience was absolutely amazing. Not only did they keep me informed but they talked me through the process and gave just the right amount of information so I didn’t feel lost or confused and did an absolute amazing job repairing the damage on my car it looks better then what it did before the accident. They even went out there way to inform me that my car had been in a previous accident just in case I didn’t know but I am absolutely so thankful for gerber for fixing my vehicle and getting it to look brand new. I even believe they wiped down and vacuumed my car out for me, which was an absolute lifesaver, might I add. I will definitely be going back to Gerbers whenever I need body work done to my vehicle.

^^^ Abigail Dallas is the Toyota owner. ^^^ “Not yet satisfied“ is my response. I have to drive back ((over an hour) to Gerber and sit there for two hours while they finish something that was on the original order that I already paid for, but Gerber forgot to install, and then drive back home( over an hour) plus hire an aide to sit for my disabled husband for those 4 hours.
