The worst repair I have ever seen. Received car back with back bumper gaps on both sides. Front bumper gaps as well especially on right side by headlight there is a huge gap. Paint job has dings, divots and sharp bumps all over the place. Very expensive cost for a cheaply done repair. Very disappointed

My car was picked up the same day I filed my insurance claim and was given back to me the following week. They did a great job and repaired what needed to be repaired. I took my car to the Merced shop and they were able to send it to the Fresno location to have it repaired on quicker, which I appreciated.

The process went by very smoothly and timely. They picked up my car within a few hours from me first making an insurance claim. They had a diagnosis the next day and got to work right after I approved. I had my car back in great condition by the very beginning of the next week.

I received phone calls with updates as to timeline and everything went as smoothly as possible. I had to go out of town for a scheduled trip and was unable to pick up my vehicle on the completion day, but Gerber was very kind and courteous enough to hold my vehicle at the shop for me until I returned and was able to pick it up first thing when they opened Monday morning. Thank you so much to Gerber, you all take pride in your service and work and it definitely shows. I will recommend and refer this place to everyone I know. Thanks again!
