Place is just not what i expected. They didn’t finish the work. Didn’t put the sensor back in place. Very unprofessional because i got there late to drop off the car. They could just tell me to reschedule. But instead one of the guys doing the estimate started making this awful comments when i was there waiting

The initial guy was amazing. Very personable. The gal who checked me in early, seemed tired but was kind. Upon pickup she was a bit more peppy. The car was clean and looked good, which is the goal.

Wheel replacement installed was not the correct color. I understand if it was not up to Gerber but now my repair will take longer to correct. I would have preferred being told originally that the color was not matching instead of installing and waiting to see if I would notice.

I still appreciated them trying to work with me, again, it was just the unclear understanding of the work being completed that I think should have been communicated more openly.
