From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Customer Service was amazing. Francisco was kind understanding and very thorough at explaining the process I was able to speak to the manager. She was great also explained in detail the process, the front desk gal was excellent at customer service friendly, smiling understanding definitely will recommend Gerber 10 out of 10 in my book. Great job!!

The paint job was not done correctly. It looks like there is paint dripping on the bottom of my door and there is small gap on the bottom of my door.

As previously mentioned, one of the plastic bits is a bit loose compared to the non damaged side.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this shop. I waited over 30 minutes at the front desk each time before receiving assistance, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. I was also given a quoted price with a printed receipt ahead of time, but when I arrived for service, the price was increased. I was also told ahead of time that my repairs would be done in a reasonable time, Joel in his words was “very confident” it wouldn’t take too long and that I wouldn’t need a rental. However, the day came and I was told it would take all day. Poor communication and negative attitudes from employees made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business.
