Everyone I dealt with at Gerber on Coldwater Road were as polite and as helpful as can be. Hopefully I will not have to use them again, but they would be the repair shop I would go to if I had any more damage to any of my cars.

They were very professional. Not necessarily warm but professional, which is fine. I was frustrated that they called to tell me the car was ready on Friday, when I was at work and do not get off until 6, with no advance notice so I could plan. They close at 5, but they told insurance the car was done on Friday resulting in the rental company trying to charge me (personally) for the weekend, when I had no way to pick up my car on Friday or drop off the rental before Gerber closed. I had no other vehicle and Gerber had my key. I can't check my phone while I'm at work. If you expect a car to picked up and you are telling the insurance co that the car is done, you need to give people enough warning to make arrangements to pick up before you close. Thankfully, the rental company worked with me on it and reversed the extra charges.

After my car repair with tyre rotation brakes are low and it’s hard time for me to apply brakes and when I called the same for the Gerber Collision they are asking $150 for inspection
