There are bubbles in the paint on the hood that can be moved with your finger. Spoiler is not attached and sealed properly on the ends. Scratches in the deck lid where you can tell it was not painted when I requested for the entire deck lid to be painted. There is missing paint from a corner of the bumper. I had a vibration while driving after I picked up my car. I took my car to Meineke for a rotate and balance. They found seam sealer stuck in the treads of the right front tire. It was 3.25 ounces out of balance. They removed as much as they could and brought it down to 1.25 ounces. My experience at Gerber has never been pleasant. I have taken multiple vehicles there and have always had to take them back. When I went to pick up my car originally for warranty work (due to missing clear coat and other issues and had other work done that I paid for) and there was a huge scratch in the freshly painted bumper so I had to wait another week to get my car back. When I finally was able to pick up my car I pulled in as they were getting ready to move it to back and the employee in the car said he was told I wasn’t coming in to pick up but I just happened to drive by and saw it sitting out front. I never received a phone call saying it was ready. I really didn’t want to take it back to Gerber for the warranty work but since I wanted some other items taken care of it made sense to take it there. I now am regretting that decision and should have just paid someone else to take care of the warranty items and the additional work I wanted done. There seems to be no pride in the work done at Gerber. There also seems to be no quality control.
