The edges of part of the bumper piece are rough. I took it back to gerber collision who told me that's how it came from the manufacturer on the component. It'll chip, I'm sure. They also forgot to put my after market (purchased from Lexus) rubber mat back in the hatch. I had to call them... and they told me it was in the shop. So they knew it was there and no one called me first (I called 2 days after pickup when I saw it was missing). Not impressed with them at all.

The people here were very professional and clearly cared about my vehicle like it was their own. The estimator, James, was very thorough and made sure everything was carefully checked as he did my estimate, with no unnecessary extra work that would increase the cost. Vicky was efficient at taking care of my paperwork, too. Much appreciated, I highly recommend this Gerber location.
