I hoped that it being repaired a 2nd time was enough, I don't feel that still needing a 3rd time warrants any referrals on great work. I will say that Gerber is very willing to help correct issues rather than give up on their customers which is good.

I loved the text updates! Everyone was so nice & helpful. It was a real pleasure dealing with all of you!!! I would recommend Gerber to my friends & family!! I’m t was very helpful that you set up the rental vehicle @ very convenient to leave the rental vehicle with you. My only complaint is that I’m in a wheelchair and you bathroom wasn’t handicap accessible & that it wasn’t big enough to get my wheelchair in & because I had not have 1 hip, I can’t walk or stand!!! There are NO handicap grab bars either. Pleas be more helpful to people with these handicaps and needs.

I was happy with the great friendly customer service and quality of the repair until I noticed the the antifreeze reservoir was empty. My insurance was charged over $30 for that item. It cost me almost $15 to buy more and took over half of a gallon of antifreeze to fill the cooling system properly. My anger lies in that this could’ve caused major and unnecessary damage to my engine, due to the lack of competence to properly fill the cooling system after replacing the radiator. I feel I should be compensated for my time and money for having to finish the repair that should’ve been done by your workers. Also, since that service was neglected, I feel my insurance company should be reimbursed as well as a measure of good standards and honesty. Thank you, Kevin Gruszczyk
