I would NOT recommend the Coldwater Rd location due to the quality of work. HOWEVER, I did receive excellent service from the Merkle Rd location and yes, I would recommend the Merkle Rd location, Austin and his team (10)

I had to take my vehicle to two different locations: (1) DISSATISFIED- This is for the Coldwater Rd location in Ft. Wayne. I would give the MERKLE RD location a (10)

Everyone was friendly and efficient at the Coldwater Rd location. However, Jeff, at the Coldwater Rd location, gave me 3 excuses as to how it was my fault that the repairs were not completed correctly. 1. I was concerned about cost (that was an observation Jeff made, not me) 2. I, as the customer, didn't specify … 3. something specific that was incomplete was not included in the estimate- as if I would know and I should have been able to quality check the estimate for completeness of work to be done.

Had our 2011 Toyota Sequoia repaired after hitting a deer at the Gerber Coldwater location. Jeff & team did a great job not only with the body work but also the communication. Status updates are routine so you aren't left wondering. Front-end body repairs blend in very well as if work was never done. I would highly recommend.

Jeff and his staff at the Coldwater Rd location did a fantastic job to the extent you wouldnt have a clue work was ever done. The communication and updates from not only Gerber(automated) but also from Jeff were much appreciated and didn't leave me wondering the status of the vehicle. I would highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although they thought it would take two weeks to complete, they got it done in a little over a week. They helped save me a lot on my car rental. They also did a great job, looks shiny and new.
