It was a fiasco. Started in February just now finished. Paint did not match, had to redo. Put a "sleeve" extension on tailpipe. I did not like, wanted it to be as original. Back & forth with adjustor. Jeff at body shop had to send info to appraiser. Back & forth. Finally had approval to replace exhaust/tailpipe from adjuster. Made appt. on 6/11/20. Went in at 9:00. Finally at 10:30 Jeff told me it was going to be delivered later in day. Got ride home. Called back 3 hours later, part never came in. Picked my car up. Made another appointment & finally got it fixed 6/24/20. Jeff is a nice person BUT he does not follow up. Didn't return calls to me. Get back with the appraiser or the adjuster. I had to constantly call him.
