For several reasons; 1. Promised the truck in one week. It took three weeks. 2. The interior got dirty and still is. I asked Lucas to protect the interior of my truck while Gerber Collision & Glass repaired the fender and door and he said "of course we will protect the interior of your truck." Well all he said when I picked up my truck was, he cleaned the interior as I was getting into my truck. No time for me to ask the question why. I figured out immediately because there is still dirt on the back seats and on the dash. It would of been better to tell me it got dirty while under you-all care and he tryed cleaning it! My truck still needs the interior cleaned. 3. The gap between fender and headlight is not good. Maybe it could be adjusted to close the gap.

They were unable to match the paint exactly. My husband is not very happy. Also the right side where the bumper meets the panel is not smooth. We don't understand why they couldn't match the paint exactly because it is a popular color.

I was very appreciative that the service person I spoke with provided me with a new wheel 🛞 lock at no charge because the tow truck driver destroyed it when it was placed on the truck.
