I was 100 percent satisfied with Gerber. From my initial contact with the Receptionist, Diane, to the estimate process with Lucas, I felt confident that they had the expertise to complete my repair. The status updates were phenomenal - letting me know where they stood with the repair each step of the way. My car looks brand new again and was completed a day earlier than expected! Is it normal to have a car for almost two weeks to complete repairs? In my previous experience and estimate was done, then parts ordered, then a repair. This time it seemed like nothing was ordered until the car was at your shop. Two weeks seemed to be a long time to be without a car for a non major repair.

Before going to this Gerber on Coldwater I attempted to get a quote from the Gerber on Merkler. After 3 requests for my estimate I gave up on the Merkler shop. I never even heard from them after giving up. The service at the Coldwater location is lightyears better.

They did a great job on the van. Good work. Overall happy with the experience. They reached out after the estimate interested in the job and seemed to communicate well. They estimated 3-4 days and they ended up having it about a week and a half...we expected parts may take longer with supply chain changes going on. Once parts were in they communicated time frames and adjustments through text which was nice. The work we had done was for the front end/bumper but for some reason the third row center seat belt was attached to the ceiling. We have never used that seat belt during the life of our ownership of the vehicle so we have never had it attached. There were a set of small black felt gloves that are small enough for a child or small woman left on the back seats as well that are not ours. Overall happy with the experience. I would definitely use them again.
