They did an awesome job! Even took out the small dings in the back of the crew cab! Everything installed correctly. I just didn’t think it would take as long as they did. I am an aircraft mechanic but by all means not a sheet metal technician. Awesome guys! Staff kept me informed and very courteous. Great job.

Everything looks pretty nice. Wish I had known I didnt need to take off the after market mud flap, wheel well liner and bed cover. Extra work on my behalf. Would have like to had a faster turn-around. I feel that 5 weeks was too long for this repair.

Paint and detail is fine. Looks good. However, after two attempts, the contours of the front and side panel are not matched. Additionally, the lower portion of the seems is not firmly affixed. I will ask to see a manage later today to explore if Gerber can do it or if I need to go elsewhere. Sadly, it is currently unacceptable. This vehicle is only 4 months old with less than 3,000 miles.

From start to finish, Gerber provided an excellent customer service process. They worked with my insurance, myself, and my truck. I did not have to go out of my way whatsoever throughout the 10 days they had my truck. The repairs look great, like nothing even was damaged!
