If you want more people to complete this survey, you should send it first. I already received a separate survey that just asked for feedback last week. I would have ignored this text assuming it was a duplicate had the staff not specifically told me to look for a text with a 0-10 ranking (NPS). Most people aren’t going to know the difference between and NPS and a CSAT survey.

They were short handed at the front desk, but everyone was pitching in and taking care of customers. Can’t remember the name of the lady that helped me multiple times, but she was nice. Thank you all ! PS- my truck looked great. Washed and clean when I picked it up. The gentleman who I believe was the one that cleaned it was also very nice.
