I really appreciate that I was able to not only get a ride home after dropping my vehicle off but then when the repairs were completed (approx. 1 week later), Shannon called before I had to, to ask when I would like to be picked up to come and get my car. That took a big burden off of me in trying to find rides. The driver that picked me up both times was the same person and was very friendly. The job was excellent as my previous experience with this company has been. I will use them again if I need repairs.

We wont be coming back but a word of advice to your techs...when working on electrical issues, you might want to check all headlights, taillights, turn signals, etc. before calling your customer that lives 30 plus miles away for pick-up

The repair guys were really concerned that I was happy with the work they did. They understood I wanted the cheaper repair (paintless dent removal) and they made sure I was satisfied with it even though it wasn't "perfect". It looks great to me and is functional, which is exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service. I will be recommending Gerber to anyone looking for collision repair.
