Spoke with rep at.facility when doing initial walk around asking if noted scratches if he could do touchup. He said yes no problem. Little did I know that he would paint them a darker color making them stand out looking really crappy. I made the rep quite aware of my dissatisfaction. Excuses were made. Stated impossible to match paint. I would rather of had the scratches stay if I had known your group could not match it with body color. It looks terrible. In past I had been satisfied but not any longer. My neighbor looked at it and totally agrees it looks shoddy. I do not feel I can any longer have faith in repairs there. Trust me I will make others know where this car was repaired. I will not in good faith recommend others to take their vehicles there!!!
