I was greeted by Michael O'brian upon my arrival with a smile and a hand shake. I was treated like he has known me for 10 years. I felt like he wanted my business and he answered all of my questions. I felt that I was dealt with fairly and honestly, which is the most important thing to me, along - of course - with price. This I felt was fair, also, and the charge was within $10 of the estimated price, which the hubs said was tax, anyway. :-) I would recommend Gerber to all and sundry, etc.

The thing that most impressed me was not only did the repairs look great but my car was so clean, inside and out. They even cleaned some corrosion that I had neglected under the hood. Would recommend!

All team members were polite and professional during every step of the process. I was kept up to date on my repair process in a convenient way. Also, when I was unavailable I was left detailed voicemails and upon call back all my questions were answered thoroughly.
