Very satisfied with my experience here. Kenneth the new estimator did amazing! They ran into an issue with repairs on my BRZ but Kenneth communicated it to me promptly and with full transparency, and did his best to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very helpful when I came in. Especially in the face of the fact that the rental car company was slow and unhelpful, Gerber took up on my behalf to make sure that they got their act together and came and picked me up like they were meant to. The repair is beautiful and their service is excellent.

I will never use this collision center again. The back and forth was ridiculous. They try to talk you into thinking they’re doing the right thing but actions show otherwise. I had to bring car back 3 times. My speakers are completely messed up and tint in back glass looks horrible now. Car was not handled with car at all!

I had an 8:15 appointment. I was there for 8:15. After waiting 15 minutes I went back to the receptionist to verify my appointment time , to be told that they were in a meeting. After waiting 30 minutes a young man came out, asked if that was our car outside the door. He never introduce himself nor did he attempt to greet us. He showed no professionalism at all. When we returned to drop the car off to be repaired , we were approached by another adjuster by the name of Kenneth. He did his own estimate, because he instructed us that he would be handling our claim. At that point we were feeling better about allowing Gerber Collision & Glass to make the repairs to our car. Kenneth service was excellent through out the process. I was very happy with the Kenneth's service, but I was very disappointed with the management service on my first visit.

Kept the truck 32 days because and employee broke a bracket while changing the door and when I came to pick up I found it was damaged by there painter and left it that way

Horrible service. I was told on three different occasions that my vehicle was ready. Each time, I drove over an hour to the location only to be informed that it was not ready. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Very disappointing experience.

The door is damaged and doesn't close properly, the paint job is poorly done, and I brought my car in with the window intact and now it's broken. I need you to fix this because I'm going to contact my insurance company.
