Owner did a fine job - stepped up to work scheduling to fit our needs. PDR folks did a good job on removing hail dents, but should have cleaned the adhesive residue off of the car prior to releasing. I always expect the vehicle to be perfectly clean when it leaves paint and body for any reason. We had to wash the car to see if the work had been performed adequately. Recommend owner spend $5 running vehicles through wash or have the PDR people clean up after themselves. Overall, satisfied with the work and would use Hwy 44 Paint and Body again.

Not pleased with the service and lack of communication. We felt railroaded and dismissed.

Repairs took 4 days over estimate which is not an issue. But did not receive any updates on status of repairs to inform.
