I work for State Farm and would not feel confident sending my customers there for repairs. If their completion date keeps getting pushed back multiple times like mine was, I do not feel like I can comfort them because I know the frustration first hand. If they get their vehicle back and it’s not clean like they were told it would be, I wouldn’t be able to advocate with y’all because I had the same problem.

Horrible customer service, unacceptable lack of updates, rude front desk staff. Paige should not be handling front desk calls. I asked her for the corporate office number and she basically advised I can look it up on Google. Pablo the GM at this location was caught in lies. Repairs were delayed, no proper notices provided which made planning for extending rental car days due to the initial deadline for completion a daily cumbersome task. Never had such a poor experience with Gerber and family and I had used them several times in the past at a different location on Siegen Lane, Baton Rouge, LA and had nothing but positive experiences. Will likely not choose Gerber again after this one.
