They did a good job. Only issue is the text message system was ahead of their time for the vehicle to actually be ready. While the vehicle was physically fixed at the time I got the text it wasn’t ready for pickup yet because they wanted to wash and clean it.

Garrett was a wonderful communicator with me through this whole process. Being out of town when this happened and having to select services in another state. He was so very helpful I. Getting the Jeep from the towing location to gerber and worked to get the Jeep transported after the repairs weee made to my state. I can not praise his efforts enough.

They had to ship my car out of the city to get repaired and it took them 35 days to repair it and get it back to me. That seems a bit long maybe they have employees issues or shortages.

The repair meets my expectations and the updates regarding the progress were helpful. But it appears the passenger side seat belt was broke in the process. the seat belt will not retract into the door.
