There was an issue after delivery (for which the company said they weren’t responsible, despite it not existing before it came to them) and, not all of the replaced pieces were original.

Horrific. Eduardo, who was in charge of my repairs, was extremely condescending and out of touch. He seemed angry when I asked to be explained what had been fixed, as if I were stupid for not knowing much about cars. I even apologized to him for not knowing a lot and explained that I still needed to know the repairs that occurred. He looked at me, sighed, and said, ok you know what? And opened the hood in a clearly angry, rough way.
